About the role

Spotify is hiring an Ad Operations Manager to lead campaign trafficking, QA, and yield workflows for our direct-sold audio and video advertising business. You’ll manage a team of 3–4 ad ops specialists and partner closely with sales, planning, and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution from IO to reporting
  • Manage and develop a team of ad operations specialists
  • Partner with product on ad server (GAM) and creative tooling improvements
  • Drive process automation and reduce manual trafficking time

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital ad operations with at least 2 in a leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of GAM, VAST/VPAID, and IAB standards
  • Experience with audio or video ad formats strongly preferred
